Final-semester Software Development student at Mohawk College, graduating in December 2026. I just finished a co-op as a Junior Software Engineer at Websplines. I build Laravel backends, mobile apps and AI chatbots, and I test software closely enough to catch the bugs before users do.
PHP and Laravel features built the MVC way, REST APIs that frontends can rely on, and databases designed and tuned with real normalization.

About
A bit about me
I moved from Pakistan to Canada in 2014, and I've been building things ever since. Give me an idea for a website and I'm in.
I'm in my final semester of the Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology at Mohawk College, graduating in December 2026. During my co-op at Websplines I built Laravel backends and tested client platforms, and I found I enjoy both sides: building features and figuring out how they break.
Before tech I led shifts and trained new staff in retail and food service, so I'm comfortable on a team and under pressure.
Next, I plan to complete my degree at McMaster University. Long term, I want to make a real name for myself in software.
What I'm into
Building websitesAlways up for a new idea, whether it's a client site or a side project.
CricketGrew up with it and still never miss a chance to play or watch.
SwimmingMy favourite way to reset after a long day of code.
Anything outdoorsI never say no to getting outside.
Meeting new peopleEvery new person brings a new idea, and I enjoy hearing them.
Learning new languagesSpoken or programming, I like the challenge of picking up something new.
BooksReading is how I slow down and keep learning outside of tech.
Hunting bugsFinally reproducing a weird one is the best part of the job.
Built and maintained backend features in PHP and Laravel following MVC.
Built, integrated and tested RESTful APIs for frontend and external services.
QA tested client platforms, including a CMS migration, a hotel system rebuild and an AI document summarizer, with test plans, bug reports and regression cycles.
Wrote technical documentation for a Laravel e-commerce platform: buyer and admin flows plus video walkthrough scripts.
